Planning Your Home Renovation
During the planning phase, we work on the full project plan. We discuss timelines and next steps.
It all starts with us taking measurements of all the space. For accurate measurements, the house needs to be empty. If your house is furnished, we can support you with storing some items in our own depot while you handle regular boxing. If there are bulk items you wish to leave behind, we can arrange disposing of them.
From there, we design a new floor plan for your house based on our agreement. This becomes the foundation for the entire renovation, from electrical and plumbing work to walls, flooring and finishes, so we make sure you're fully happy with the plan before construction begins.
Material Selection and Sourcing
Throughout the project, we work closely with you on the material selection; such as floor, tiles for kitchen and bathroom, sanitary fittings, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and paint colors. We guide you through the options, balancing aesthetics, quality, practicality and budget. Our extensive supplier network gives us access to a wide range of materials and professional rates, and we can manage the sourcing and ordering on your behalf.
Selections are coordinated with the renovation planning, so the right materials are available when they're needed and the construction team can keep moving.
Construction and Project Management
Once the plans and key materials are confirmed, construction begins. Depending on the scope of your home renovation project, this can include demolition, structural changes, plumbing, electrical work, heating, plastering, tiling, flooring, carpentry, painting and installation.
